• Harassment, hateful conduct or targeted abuse based on protected characteristics.
• Malware, credential theft, security bypasses or attacks on systems and providers.
• Content that violates copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights or contractual restrictions.

You may use fictional characters and authorized real-person references. You must verify permission before using a real person’s identity, voice or likeness and must not present generated media as authentic evidence when it is synthetic.

You are responsible for claims, disclosures, endorsements, music licenses, talent releases and platform-specific advertising rules. Do not use OriginArc to create misleading medical, legal, financial or public-safety claims.

OriginArc may restrict prompts, refuse generations, preserve necessary evidence, remove content or suspend accounts. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to providers or authorities when legally required.
