OriginArc supports commercial creativity while protecting people, intellectual property, providers and the integrity of the production platform.
Prohibited content and conduct
- Child sexual abuse material, sexual content involving minors or grooming.
- Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual exploitation or realistic sexual deepfakes.
- Fraud, impersonation, phishing, identity theft or deceptive political manipulation.
- Instructions or content intended to facilitate violence, terrorism, self-harm, weapons misuse or serious wrongdoing.
- Harassment, hateful conduct or targeted abuse based on protected characteristics.
- Malware, credential theft, security bypasses or attacks on systems and providers.
- Content that violates copyrights, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights or contractual restrictions.
People, characters and likeness
You may use fictional characters and authorized real-person references. You must verify permission before using a real person’s identity, voice or likeness and must not present generated media as authentic evidence when it is synthetic.
Commercial responsibility
You are responsible for claims, disclosures, endorsements, music licenses, talent releases and platform-specific advertising rules. Do not use OriginArc to create misleading medical, legal, financial or public-safety claims.
Enforcement
OriginArc may restrict prompts, refuse generations, preserve necessary evidence, remove content or suspend accounts. Serious or repeated violations may be reported to providers or authorities when legally required.
