ORIGINARC LEGAL

Terms of Service

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for account activity, project collaborators and the security of your sign-in method.

2. Production services

OriginArc coordinates third-party AI models and production providers. Availability, render time, quality and supported formats may change. A generation is not guaranteed to match a prompt exactly.

3. Credits and subscriptions

  • Credits are usage units, not money, stored value or cryptocurrency.
  • OriginArc may reserve credits before a provider job begins and return them when a qualifying job fails before completion.
  • Monthly plan credits are granted each billing cycle and may reset; separately purchased credit packs remain available while the account is active, subject to these Terms.
  • Subscriptions renew until cancelled through the billing portal.

4. Your content and permissions

You retain rights you already hold in materials you upload. You grant OriginArc and necessary providers a limited license to process those materials solely to operate, secure and improve the requested production service. You must have all rights, releases and permissions needed for people, brands, music, products and other material you submit.

5. Generated outputs

Subject to applicable law and provider terms, OriginArc assigns to you any rights it may have in outputs created for your account. AI outputs may not be unique and may resemble content generated for others. You are responsible for legal review before commercial publication.

6. Billing, cancellation and refunds

Prices and taxes are shown before checkout. Refund eligibility is governed by the Refund Policy. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically refund prior charges.

7. Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. OriginArc may block, suspend or terminate activity that creates legal, safety, platform or provider risk.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, OriginArc disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-profit damages. OriginArc’s aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes will be posted with a revised effective date. You may stop using OriginArc at any time; provisions that should reasonably survive termination will continue.
